We have recently introduced an online membership form. This will be replacing the old paper consent form parents may have completed in the past.
This collects the same information including emergency contact details and any medical, dietary or allergy information we should know about.
Most parents have already completed this new form, but if you haven't and want your child to attend the club please visit the membership page of our website where there is a link to the membership database.
In the next few weeks we will not be admitting children whose parents have not completed this form.
